Partnership Example
The hardware provider presents PhysioQ with a device containing firmware that enables the PhysioQ app to access the device’s raw data directly through an API. Researchers have shown great interest in having access to raw data as it provides their studies with greater credibility and opportunities to trial alternative analysis methods compared to processed data.
Once compatible with PhysioQ, the hardware provider’s device is directly featured on PhysioQ’s “Devices” webpage where researchers can learn about the device and follow links to where the provider prefers their device to be purchased from. Devices are also included in various communications across our user community.
If a provider is interested in a specific area of health research, we can help them find a research team to use their devices in an experiment relating to that area.
Many providers have expressed interest in having their devices validated by notable institutions such as our partner lab at Harvard Medical School. We are open to aiding our providers in exploring this option.
